Designed in collaboration with the luxury fashion and jewellery brand de GRISOGONO, the project reflects a sophisticated nautical concept expressed through fluid architectural elements and refined contemporary styling. The development is positioned as a premium waterfront destination that combines panoramic sea views with a distinctive branded residential identity inspired by luxury cruise experiences.

The project is designed to deliver an exclusive coastal lifestyle within one of Dubai’s emerging waterfront districts.
